Para Medical Association of Bihar was founded in Nov 2023 (formerly known as Bihar State Para Medical  Conflict Committee was established in 2016-17)

 to realize a long standing wish among the Clinical and Non Clinical staff of 
All Allied Health Care Professionals (Para Medical Professionals)

who are Studying in Any Govt/Pvt Medical College,Para Medical College, Para Medical Institute as a sudent.,

Who posted as a Demonstrator-Lecturer,and faculty in the  Govt/Pvt Medical College and Govt/Pvt Para Medical Institution of Bihar and 

Who Posted in  Any Hospitals Such as Medical College Hospital ,District Hospital - Sadar Hospital,Reffral Hospital,Subdivisional Hospital, CHC,,PHC,Health Sub Centre and other Hospitals of Bihar as Clinical Staff.,
for the purpose of sharing each other’s experiences and enhancing their profession related skills.

 PMA BIHAR is working along with all allied Health Care professionals of Bihar states . along with 9 Commissary Unit, 38 District Unit,101 Subdivisional Unit,534 Block Unit etc.

And PMSU BIHAR is the Student Cell of PMA Bihar and  is working in the Govt/Pvt  Medical College and Para Medical Colleges of Bihar along with Bihar Health Science University Unit and 100 College Unit of Bihar State.
 
PMA Bihar is the only “Apex Body” for the All Allied Health Care Professionals (Clinical and Non Clinical)
 which is working its best to promote the training pattern, educational qualification, uniform nature of work, pay equal to all paramedical staff in government health care establishments and over all welfare of our professionals across the Bihar. 
As well as its working hard to make a recognition among all categories of health care professionals.

HISTORY
PARA MEDICAL ASSOCIATION OF BIHAR is the first  registered professional body of All Allied Health Care Professionals (Para Medical Professionals) (incliding All Professionals Course in Alied Health Care council-Para Medical Council )which is a non – profiting organization. It was formed with a great effort from the fonder members and other professionals from various corner of the State and was registered under Govt of Bihar  society’s registration act 1860  at Bihar  Patna  on 7 Nov 2023.

PMA Bihar is formerly known as Bihar State Para Medical Student Conflict Committee was established in 2016-17

PMSU Bihar (Para Medical Student Union Bihar) is the Present Student Cell of Para Medical Association of Bihar (PMA BIHAR) was established in Sep 2018 at Patna Bihar.

MISSION
We are committed to provide a professional forum for the all Clinical and Non Clinical staff and Student of all Allied Health Care Professionals ( Para Medical Professionals).,

 who are Studying in Any Govt/Pvt Medical College,Para Medical College, Para Medical Institute as a sudent.,

 for securing them a right place in the health care system , upgrade the knowledge and skills , promote professional scientific knowledge by publishing journals , magazines and through ethical practices in the profession , strive for achieving the status and recognition in the society , and to foster mutually beneficial relationship with other medical professional bodies.

AIM of PMA 
1. Para Medical Association of Bihar will work from time to time to solve the problems of para medical students of all medical colleges/para medical colleges of Bihar.

2. This organization will take initiative to solve the problems of para medical personnel working in all hospitals of Bihar like medical college/ Sadar hospital/ sub-divisional hospital/ PHC etc.

3. This organization will form a unit by including students of all types of courses run in Para Medical Students Union unit and Allied Health Professionals in all government/ non-government medical colleges and para medical colleges of the organization and will work as a bridge between the government and medical colleges, institutions and students to complete the academic courses on time.
